Bev’s work as my PMR reviewer has been very effective to date. She is experienced and very thorough but also has a good balance of high standards and expectations alongside a supportive and understanding nature. She communicates regularly and clearly and puts a lot of time and energy in to getting good, clear targets in the documentation. Beverley’s extremely thorough preparation for SIP meetings ensured that dialogue between her and the school leadership team was focussed and highly productive. The SLT respected Beverley for the rigorous manner in which she analysed the school’s data and appraised self - evaluation outcomes. This approach was invaluable in successfully equipping the team for the rigour of an Ofsted inspection enabling it to be proactive as opposed to reactive.

Drawing upon her considerable expertise in Early Years, Beverley advised in the development of the talent and enthusiasm of a young team to improve expertise and provision. The high quality of teaching and learning which resulted was transformative and recognised by both stakeholders and the inspectorate.
